Rizzle’s Services

Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales made through Rizzle’s Services are final.

Once a product has been delivered, it is considered used and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be issued for:

accidental purchases

change of mind

lack of knowledge about the product

platform bans or suspensions

user error

compatibility issues

failure to read product descriptions

misuse of purchased products

Eligible Refund Situations

Refunds may only be issued if:

The product was never delivered, or

The product is proven to be completely non-functional due to our error

All refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Chargeback Policy

Customers who initiate a chargeback without contacting support first will:

be permanently banned from Rizzle’s Services

have all purchased products revoked

have their payment methods blacklisted

Fraudulent disputes will be contested with payment providers.

Final Decision

All refund decisions are final and at the sole discretion of Rizzle’s Services.
